Opened as a law office of Barristers and Solicitors in January 1990. Since its inception the company has placed a high priority on the practice of immigration law and related international concerns. Presently we seek to devote at least 95% of our time to seeking legal resolution of issues pertaining to the lives of people and their companies. We have assisted clients from over sixty different countries (many of which we have visited), including Great Britain, Korea, Philippines, Sudan, Germany, Australia, Fiji, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, France, Belgium, Holland, Caribbean, USA, China, and Iran.

In its present form Mark and Company Law Corporation may be described as a boutique law office where the personal wishes and feelings of clients are given as much attention as the regulations and rules governing Immigration to Canada. Quality of work and integrity are also important elements of the service that we provide to our clients.
